You get what you pay for and this is an affordable hotel close to the train station that is more than adequate. We found it quiet, the bed comfortable & nice staff. It is in a dicey neighborhood but we never felt unsafe. It's unfortunate to be Titanium Marriott status & not get breakfast but that's what you don't get w/Design Hotels. I did suggest some English tv channels!

A nice hotel very close to the main station. The room was light, clean, had a balcony and the WiFi was perfect. There is an orange LED light in the bathroom - also very nice. Sauna and gym are without additional fee.

I spent 3 days stressing of which hotel i should stay in Frankfurt after reviewing all the lowest score from all hotel near the station. The common comments are for its shady area with people openly dealing or using drugs. Either right in front of the hotel or the surrounding. However my experience was totally different. I felt quite safe in the neighbourhood (note: i usually leave at 5 am and come back around 8pm). There is police station right next to the station and they patrol around the station almost all the time (at least when i go to the station, i always see police patrolling the area). The hotel itself was minimalist and comfy. It’s clean, wifi works great, hot water also works great. The staff was also kind. I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

Lovely place, very good breakfast,good room. Sauna around the clock (but needed to switch it on myself). Missing floor numbers in the stair case. Luggage store should be better in own locked room

The rooms are ok and the breakfast was great but the gym that they claim to have is almost nonexistent….dumbbells up to 10kg and some cardio equipment is all. Sauna room was nice but couldn’t figure out how to turn in the sauna. Just not impressed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
