        Don’t know how to rate this place. I’m sure it exists but we stayed at an Airbnb but went on a tour that needed us to be picked up at a hotel. We chose Purl but never found it. Even local taxi drivers didn’t know. I’m sure it’s nice but make sure you know exactly where it is. We thought we did and never found it.

        Worst Service ever, no towels, rooms catastrophe, location top We were as a family, four people. Location is very good. Almost all sights can be reached on foot. Room service: At first we thought there weren't any. After we gave tips, it went reasonably well. Room: two people slept relatively comfortably upstairs, two downstairs very uncomfortably because of the old coutch. Room extremely noisy. Hardly possible to sleep. Reception/Service: In the room we did not found a single towel!!!!! We asked several times in Reception: "Towels have been ordered and come into the room". Another request 2-3 hours later: "Coming soon". Before going to bed (2-3 hours later) ask the reception again: "I'll organize immediately!" Next morning: around 10-11 a.m., steps in the hallway, we went out, room service! We asked in a friendly manner: The gentleman disappeared, call from reception: "You get towels every 2 days" (a joke!). Finally we got towels 24 hours after arrival! Breakfast: breakfast room empty!!!!!!! No breakfast! reception: You can order from the snack bar (!) across the street, they will bring you here or if you want you can go out into the street and have breakfast at the snack bar (which is also part of the hotel). Breakfast: pre-made plates with plastic wrap on them. Never ever again

        The hotel only has good location near Galata Tower and Istiklal street. The recepcionist is also great host. Everything else is bad. Breakfast is actually served in another street cafe, very poor and not tasty(not on the hotel terasse). Rooms are small and have bad small. Bathroom needs propper cleanup, it smells bad and hairdryer could have killed us due to broken cable. Beedsheets have blood stains beneath, wich we discovered last day when we were leaving. Never would come back to this "hotel". Terrasse is not working, there is no Jazz bar in first floor. Room service changed towels on 4th day, after i 3 times went and asked for it.

        The hotel is described as a 4 stars boutique hotel, but has nothing to do with a 4 stars boutique hotel.. the only pleasant thing of my stay was the mattress. In the tiny room there was no luggage holder, temperature locked on 28°, a terrible stench of sewer coming from the toilet. The room was also covered in dust. And the first time they cleaned it during my stay, they were more concerned about trashing my business cards and flying ticket than cleaning the floor and the toilet. The staff at the hall speaks 10% of english. The only thing they could understand was my anger. Breakfast is poor, and for the same amount of money you could get a much better one from another hotel or restaurant located all over the city. Very unpleasant stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

        We were very dissapointed when we saw the hotel. It wasn't like on the pictures. Breakfast was very poor and not on the hotel's terrace. There was no jazz club. Rooms were very small, dirty and there was a bad smell from the bathroom.I don't recommand it.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
