Recently stayed at The Putman for seven nights. It was a great apartment - very spacious for Hong Kong, well-appointed and with everything we needed for a long-stay. The staff were wonderful - very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Location was great - close to Central, and easy access to shops, restaurants, transport etc. Highly recommend it - we will definitely stay again next time we're in Hong Kong.

On level four, there are pros and cons. Pros: Location is near to many food and sight-seeing places. Aircon provided. Friendly frontdesk. Cons: Inside the room can hear sound from neighbours beside and above. Can hear guests returnjng late at night when lift doir and room door open. No cctv on level four lobby. Hotel wifi available in room but not available in lobby. Charging points not available from wall beside the bed, but available from two usb ports on a bluetooth speaker. No heater on a winter. Blanket cannot keep warm, but can reduce slight cold. Had to wear long pants and socks in bed. Frontdesk staff may dissappear bringing checkin guests to the room. Risk - imagine a guest bring whole family into hotel when the front desk is empty. Risk of four floor guests from neighbouring rooms may enter during housekeeping, as there is no cctv on level four.

Very positive experience from the moment we arrived. Staff very attentive and helpful. Rooms very comfortable, spacious, clean and well presented. This hotel was very central to lots of places to eat and drink. In my experience taxis found it difficult to find with either the name or the address for some reason I couldn't put my finger on. Highly recommended for someone seeking a smaller quieter hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
