DONT GO HERE!!! The security is absolutely stupid. They hang all their clothing up, after washing it using the buildings machines, in the underground parking. They also keep around 20 old rotten wooden boxes all over the place. When you want to enter the building you have spend 10 minutes signing in even if you have a tenant you are visiting standing next to you. Not to mention that the security cant even understand english but feel the need to be difficult when it comes to absolutely everything. They tried to fine us R500 for not wearing masks while their masks were around their necks.

We got a bad welcome on the 1st day when we were checking in they told us they don't know about our booking that we we had done months ago & it was fully paid. There was loadshedding we asked about generator they told us that they have it but it was also down they trying to get it back on. We had to carry our heavy luggage to the 6th floor without any assistance. The wifi gave us problems, we reported it the next day but still nothing was done about it. Next thing the electricity in our apartment runs out, we ask about it they tell us that we have to buy our own. It was never mentioned to us when we did our bookings! Every time we enter the building those rude security guards asked who are we & what are we doing there. We weren't even allowed to breathe in that building cause we were told that we're making a noise! I honestly wouldn't recommend that stupid place to anyone...yes its beautiful, clean & safe but it felt like were in an old age home whereas we were paying tenants!ITS A NO NO NO FROM ME...Wouldn't recommend to anyone whose planning to visit Cape Town!

The security here is disgusting. They try and fine you R500 as soon as you step foot out of your apartment without a mask on. If you want to park in the underground parking, if you are visiting a friend or wanting to do work for a tenant, you have to go through 10 security protocalls managed by a completely incompetent security guard that cant even understand english while he trys to enforce the buildings moronic rules. Stay far away if you are looking to rent or even buy. The underground parking is filled with rubbish and staffs clothing hanging everywhere like its their personal laundry room.

The security is extremely overboard, having to check each visitor in takes about 5mins per visitor and then you have to check them out when they leave.(this may sound good but it becomes terribly tedious when you just want to let friends in, or someone is delivering something). The noise complaint system is also infuriating, we had 3 guests over with NO MUSIC and still the guards came and issued us with a written warning while the “party” was between the hours of 18:00 and 20:00 on a Friday afternoon. It’s honestly pathetic, especially for a building that has construction going on in the apartments every day of the working week which I can hear all day when I work from home.
