Usual hotel, out of touristic city centre. Shower was old, single glass allowed all the noices from highway and trains passing by. Swimming pool was nice, but I think this hotel needs some renovation. Was an ok stay, but nothing spectacular.

Good hotel! The breakfast was very tasty and the staff at restaurant extremely courteous! The rooms are very well equipped - only the city noise is not ideally sealed off by the windows. But there is a pack of Ohropax next to the bed. I was there before check-in time because my flight arrived very early in BKK - at first the reception was not happy about it, which I understand - I waited an hour in the lobby and then I was allowed into my room three hours before check-in. Rooftop pool is great! BTS Train On Nut and Bang Chak same distance away.

Clean rooms with comfortable bed. They provide toothbrushes and shower cap. Shower stalls were clean. They have Netflix. Access to pool and gym. Walking distance to 7 eleven, food stalls, Lotus's supermarket and train station. Reasonable breakfast buffet with continental and Thai food. Not a huge selection but what was available was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed with this hotel management. The bed sheet with stain and smell never change from previous guest. Floor was dirty as well. I also saw the housekeep using dirty hand towel to clean the cups and glasses in the room. Price was good for the room and bed was comfortable. Front desk staff also very helpful and friendly. Actually it is a very comfortable room if the cleanliness improve. Photos here to prove the stains on bed sheet amd the bad smell I couldn't show in the photo. Floor was black after I use a wet tissue paper to clean it.

Lovely hotel for a good price. Rooftop pool is great and the service from the staff is wonderful! It's about 600-700m from the nearest skytrain and that connects you to anywhere so doesn't matter that it's a little out of the middle of town

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
