The architecture is beautiful, but dated needs high maintenance. Access to/from the resort is tiring it's on top of a hill you need to walk for almost 150 meters up. There wasn't a bellboy, so we had to carry our luggage to the apartment. We booked the three-bedroom apartment it had a small tv in the living room and none in the rooms. There wasn't a phone to contact help desk although the receptionist said there is in the living room. The rooms had a partially opened bathroom, and the drainage system is exposed, which is not hygienic. A quiet area with a couple of local restaurants. In conclusion, I wouldn't stay here again there are better choices with better rates.

The unit was pleasing with pool. Pleasant staff , but breakfast spread wasnt a wide variety The downside is the uphill slope to the development. A short buggy service would be very apt. The furniture needs upgrade , but the layout is beyond expectations.

Great place to stay near Surin beach, Phuket. Friendly and helpful staff that made us feel welcome. Would definitely come back. The apartment was huge for the price, so excellent value for money. The only Downside would be the balcony hot tub. The water was freezing. perfect for a hot day not so in the evenings.

What a nice hotel! Everything is so fresh and the staff really want you to enjoy your stay. The only negative thing was the breakfast which could have included some more options (at least cheese and ham?).

3 separate bedrooms w/bath each. Private pool. Kitchen and livingroom. Pros: Towels, hand soap, spacious, quiet, not busy beach Cons: Hard bed, no blow dryer, steep hill, away from main places.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
