Nice, big rooms. Surprisingly big. And the beds are Queen Plus or King. And there's a couch by the window! A seperate bath, raindrop shower. I just came across it. I was lucky. I didn't stay long, but now it's gonna be my place. And the cost for the quality is fantastic. This is a 2-3000 THB room anywhere else... Oh, and it had a big balcony! Multiple people can hang out and smoke cigarettes on it! Huge fan. I'll be back. Repeatedly.

I literally had the best stay of my life here. An initial stay of 10 days ended up being more than 2 weeks! The people were very kind and it is one of the few locations that are in this price range with an elevator. (Very important). Couldn’t recommend it more! Staff were so helpful and accommodating. I got a couple of free breakfasts and a fruit plate. The breakfast is recommended. There is tea and coffee and juice. Cereal and salad bar. Toast. Then you can order anything you choose from the menu - all included in the price. French toast, omelettes all the Western items you might expect. Wonderful experience at this place. Most enjoyable stay of my life honestly. Staying on the 60th floor at the Shanghai Park Hyatt was cool and all - waking up amongst the clouds ☁️ etc And they make a mean red dragonfruit Mojito BUT it didn’t feel homely and welcoming like the Qube. Thankyou to the amazing staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
