I had a really unfortunate experience at this hostel. I got robbed right from my room at 3:30 AM! The thief managed to get past the main gate and took off with my bag, which had a bunch of valuable stuff. What's worse is that I was sound asleep while all of this happened. When we realized what had happened, we immediately informed the landlady. She checked the security camera footage, and we could clearly see the thief in action. However, what's incredibly frustrating is that the hostel management didn't take any responsibility for the incident. They didn't offer any reimbursement or even a proper apology, which I find absolutely unacceptable. The landlady's response didn't help either. She insisted that we wait for updates from the police. Seriously? As a guest, I expected the hostel to prioritize my safety and well-being, especially since the security breach was so glaringly obvious. Overall, this experience has left me incredibly disappointed and let down by the hostel's lack of action and accountability. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you value your safety and belongings. It's a shame that they don't take incidents like these seriously. Lovely little cheap hostel. Clean, hospitable staff & comfortable bunk bed. 24/7 access Stayed at while doing a show. Would recommend. Parking aswell.

Do not stay here under any circumstances. You have been warned. While I was there one girl felt so uncomfortable that she actually spent the night in the park across the street rather than stay in this place, and I don't blame her.
