We stayed in this beautiful place for 2 nights. Located centrally it is run by friendly and efficient staff. The only challenge we faced was the flies in the room, but as soon as we brought this to the attention of the management, they fixed it. The staff offered an Indian breakfast for us and we found this gesture very warm and thoughtful. Overall, the place is quaint, tucked away and well run. Recommend this place for - great value for money, good rooms, and the lovely people of the hotel who made this a memorable stay.

We had a truly enjoyable stay. Both the architecture and the view from the rooms were fantastic! The staff were very attentive, and the service was truly wonderful. The location is also quite good. It's in a peaceful area, and you can even walk to the city center. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed for 2 nights, and this hotel was the most enjoyable experience in Sri Lanka. The balcony's view is truly delightful. You get to breathe in clean air throughout your stay at the hotel. The breakfast and service were excellent. The spacious rooms were also very nice!

Small hotel on quiet spot near Nuwara Eliya. They arranged a pickup from the train station Nanu Oya for which we were grateful as it can become quite hectic when the train discharges dozens of tourists all looking for a ride into town. Room was on upperlevel with a good view, but some lights were broken and even though we told them they didn't fix them. Wifi was terrible, but after calling to reception they fixed this well. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. They arranged a tuk-tuk to take us along the tea factories, the plantations and the waterfalls and we had a great day. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

The owner contacted us less than 12hrs saying he couldn't clear the room for us because the guest got food poisoning. We had to stay in a 2-room bedroom + a bed on the floor. The second day he moved us to a larger room which was good. And the staff was super friendly. Worth noting: this is the only hotel who didn't have a universal plug.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
