Lovely hotel in a strategic position to walk around in London. Vahid and his colleagues have been splendid and welcoming. Our rooms were spacious and up to the 4 stars standard, just missing a fridge. What I recommend the most is the amazing breakfast, perfect to start your day. Simple (thanks for avoiding food waste) but complete and delicious. Plus they offered gluten free and lactose free options. Wonderful experience, we’ll go back for sure!

This is a lovely hotel. It’s in a back street near Oxford Street so very quiet (especially this time of year). Staff very nice and helpful. Hotel has an old world charm. Room nicely appointed with a strong hot shower. Breakfast was continental with high quality items. I always judge my stay on the coffee and the mattress. Both get 5*! Sad individual that I am I checked the mattress after a super nights sleep and it’s a Hypnos. You can’t beat a Hypnos mattress! We got a great deal on Secret Escapes but don’t let this fine hotel be a secret. We could have shopped and gone home as we live on the outskirts of London but I’m so pleased we stayed here. It took all the stress out of an Oxford Street shop! My wife gave it 5* as well and she worked in the hotel industry before coming to the UK. We will certainly be back here in the future.

We loved our stay at The Rathbone Hotel! The location is perfect - it's right in the heart of Fitzrovia and close to Soho, Regents Park, and tons of great restaurants. Martina and the rest of the team were so kind and welcoming. They were very sweet with our baby as well. We can't wait to come back!

I'll start my review with positive feedback! The staff, each one of them, are lovely, friendly, and adorable. They are always ready to help with a smile. The location was very good and excellent. The rooms, i don't know where to start🤔 we had 2 rooms, one with twin beds and one with one bed. The twin bed room was acceptable, but there were no fridges, no coffee machines, no heater or locker. The room size of the one bed room was horrible. It was too small that there was no place to empty my bag, the TV size was 17 inches. I felt it was used as a storage room, but they redecorated to accommodate the tourist. I was not happy at all and I wanted to leave the hotel but unfortunately it was nonrefundable. Honestly, the 4 stars of the hotel should be given to the staff and location only.

Amazing location to get around London quite easily. Staff was amazing and attentive, let us store luggage as well. Rooms were ok, a little noisy with trash collection on the street side in the morning but otherwise nice. Would certainly stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
