        My stay was beyond pleasant due to the staff! Great customer service!! Really enjoyed the restaurants for dinner and papos. All the bartenders were great especially Miguel, he really took good care of us. Felipe and Gustavo were also really great. Had a blast with my friends.

        Pros: the beach was clean, staffs were friendly and we liked the cenote/forest like design of the resort. Cons: I don’t know where to start. The worst thing was the food, it was terrible, I got food poisoning the second day and had an extremely unpleasant experience. There was only one buffet with some questionable, repeated food, and two restaurants which were very mediocre and only served for dinner. The room was at best a 2 star hotel room, it smelled very musty!! There was no coffee maker/water boiler in the room, and the AC was noisy. The facilities were not great. No conditioner in the shower, no lotion, nothing, the shower water was very cold the first day as well. The resort is also not quiet at night, waken up by neighbors a few times at night like 2 am during our stay. Lastly they convinced us to give a pitch for 90 minutes for a vacation club, which turned out to be 4.5 hrs, when multiple staffs tried to convince us to buy their package, very uncomfortable!! Definitely waste of money and time! I was in a much better, cheaper resort in the Cancun area last year, that also had lower rating, so I really thought this one would be great!! I can’t believe they charge this much for what they offer, as it was not a 4 star resort in any means. If you check the reviews on Google map, you see tons of recent bad reviews. Very disappointing… Not recommended.

        First of all, I really enjoyed the staff, they were so friendly and great. For the rest of the experience. My sister and I experienced FREQUENT power outages in our room, to the point that it would only stay on for an hour or two until it went off again. When we asked staff it took a while to get them to help us. We asked for a room credit because of the inconvenience and they gave us a voucher for a 40 minute massage, the massage we received only ended up being 20 minutes. To echo everyone else, I had a hard time sleeping through the night because you can hear everything outside of your door, there is absolutely no sound proofing. They also convinced us to go to a presentation similar to a time share which led to an extremely uncomfortable experience. It was a talk with one man who got very upset when he realized we weren’t interested. Like truly a 180 in demeanor. It didn’t seem like he was communicated with that this is pushed on guests heavily at the other locations. I swear i never had a quiet moment though, it was loud and busy everywhere. Even the “quiet” area was overshadowed by the construction happening right by us. The resort itself is immaculate, it’s beautiful and clean everywhere.

        This has been my go to resort for years. I love the people and I love the jungle environment. However, the food was never great and the last time I went here it was so awful that sadly I just cannot come back here. I'm very disappointed because I love the environment but all inclusive food is a big part of it and it must just be the cheapest, most poorly made food they can get. Even the restaurants are like that now. Thanks for all the good times but unless your food gets upgraded enormously, I can't come back here.

        We enjoy this place It wasn't our first time. I will say this I'm always curious about people who give any place a five-star rating and I don't mean this in a bad way but it's not a five-star facility. But I tell you what we love coming here we'll continue to come here for the comfort the friendliness and quite frankly just an overall nice resort. What lack the five-star for me was the food the beach and maybe one or two little things in the room nothing to be a distraction but just little things like maybe the air conditioner could have been a little better wasn't broken but could have been a little better. They need to do a better job of keeping outsiders offer their beach equipment and leave a chairs for the customers. This review is not intended to discourage you from going here because we're going to go back just want you to know that it's not a five-star but you will definitely be comfortable and happy.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
