Good place to stay. Middle price. Not really high for that area, but you can find better room in another complex for that price. Very good gym and pool. They really care about their condition, live here 1 year, they always bring new equipment in gym and pool, 1 week ago change all conditioners in gym. Big parking inside and small in front.

The worst check in that I ever have in my life. 17:35 no staff on reception, someone call to them. They ask for booking confirmation. We make photo, send to them. Than they ask to change language on phone, because they can’t read my language. After staff said that room that we book is not available. I said maybe someone come to reception, take my passport and find information?!?? And make check in?!? Unbelievable how hotel like this still can work in 2022.

These are difficult times but The Regent manages to maintain high standards of comfort and service. In contrast to many hotels the Regent has an excellent reception that will efficiently look after your needs. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the efficient hotel team. It has a very special Coffee and Health Food Cafe that is, in my opinion, the best in Phuket. Lovely, healthy snacks and many varieties of coffee served by a friendly and enthusiastic manageress.

717 / 5 000 Regent Bangtao apartment Studio, there are no electric sockets in the kitchen and the bathroom, to turn on your bathroom you have to cross the apartment, there is no there is no hot water, the air conditioning is completely infected, the filters have never been changed, a moldy smell in the whole apartment, the woodwork and wardrobes are full of mold, I fell seriously ill twice and that in 15 days (Sinus and bronchi completely infected) it cost me 3 weeks of Antibiotic treatment, I have not yet recovered, I must urgently leave this apartment. I therefore advise you not to rent an apartment in this residence.

Staff was extremely rude. Outdoor bathtubs are facing each other in very close proximity. I dont fancy bathing with 100 people watching me and hearing extremely loud traffic with the smell of exhaust. They tried to downgrade my expedia reservation without a refund because they were sold out and put us in a twin. They hung up on expedia twice before finally giving us a refund. They made me wait in a hot lobby getting eaten alive while talking about me and giggling. So rude. They also have lots of trolleys to help with luggage in the parking lot but said they dont have any available. Pictures are deceiving. I got it for 800 baht and it wasn't even worth that. Weird pool. Have to walk through parking lot to get to a pool that looks like an ashtray hence the only picture I got. I dont like being negative but after 6 months in Thailand... that was a new low.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
