The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Table Mountain and the city. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the spa, gym, and on-site restaurants, are top-notch. The rooms are nothing short of exceptional. They are well-appointed, spacious, and exude modern luxury. The attention to detail in the room design is evident, from the comfortable furnishings to the tasteful decor. The large windows provide breathtaking views of either Table Mountain or the city skyline, making each moment spent in the room a visual delight. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms are impeccable. The in-room amenities are thoughtful and convenient, and the availability of a kitchenette in some rooms is a great addition.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience!! I highly recommended this place to anyone who is looking for a highly secure, 5 star🌟 treatment all the way😀 You can also catch the veiws of table mountain, the stadium and Robben Island all in one go. Oh and let me not forget the amazing walks by the Canal

I give 5 stars for all, the location is great next to Canal walk shopping mall. The view is beautiful, and space is big in the room. I booked one studio, and two bed rooms aprtarment. Really enjoy it.

This hotel quality has deteriorated over the years. There has two instances that I saw cockroaches. Currently staying here and saw found a giant cockroach crawling on the bed at 12am. My daughter woke up with a fright. They couldn't change my room. I have a major phobia to cockroaches. No towels. WiFi not working for two days and no one helps. Nothing luxury. Can't wait to leave. we pay to have sleepless nights. Bed is very hard as well. They have not maintained this hotel at all.

Thoroughly enjoyed our staycation in the luxurious, spacious Penthouse suite with its stunning views! Within safe, walking distance from the Mall. Staff were accommodating and friendly as well. Will be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
