Booked via Traveloka for a two bedroom apartment. Pleasantly surprised at how well maintained and clean everything was, from the lobby, the elevator, corridors and the apartment. ACs were cold, beds comfortable, showers had good pressure. Security team and receptionists were friendly and helpful. The shop downstairs was well stocked. 5 minute walk to Kota Kasablanka. Can be noisy at night from the traffic on jalan Casablanca.

Me and my family have been stayed here since 2017 when we visit jakarta. Perfect serviced apartment with good location, well maintained facilities. Love the greenary atmosphere. Currently cutlery & equipment at kitchen is not available. However they have minimart at same building. Special thanks to Mas Firman at reception for help me out when I lost my phone. The receptionist at puri Casablanca always greeting their guest with warm heart and support whenever their guest in need. Best hospitality ever. Definetely stay here again.

I have been living here since 2021. Love this place. The place is clean and has a lovely pool. The building has a firm foundation. Nice park and beautiful plants and flowers. The service is great, and the staff are very nice to all tenants.

In the two bedroom apartment, the space is quite large. There are: - living room with sofa and dining table - kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator - two bathroom which one with bath tub - two bedroom which one with king size bed and another with single bed - maid room and it toilet - laundry area with washing machine. It is look like small house. This flat is comfortable to stay in both short or long period. But the internet was very poor, so does the TV Cable. And if you need any housing utilities, you can rent it from the management.

The complete package..... The Dahlia Tower is specially for service apartement rent... Location nearest Kota Kasablanka and South Jakarta area Business Center.... They have full complete facilities.... For breakfast voucher can be use on The Foodhall supermarket served for breakfast menu.....good idea.....

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
