        Fantastic location in the middle of the city. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, free drinks offered as a welcome, lovely hand written card on arrival too. Rooms were clean and well fitted out, including a kitchenette which was useful. Discounted parking nearby which was less than 5 min walk away. Also has associated bars/restaurants offering discount.

        A perfect stay in Liverpool, from the friendly staff on arrival, excellent location, a good sized clean room with all basic amenities, but some bonus ones also. Fridge, Chromecast, and Nespresso coffee machine all notable and worth mentioning. I would highly recommend this hotel, cannot fault it, and at the time booked, it was also excellent value for money, and for the price, one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere.

        Just back from a weekend trip to Liverpool. The Resident is a really nice hotel. Good sized room, central location and a mini kitchen in the room. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Checking that we were ok for dinner reservations was appreciated. I wouldn't stay anywhere when I return to Liverpool.

        Great hotel. Clean, modern, lovely staff. Great Central location, with parking close by. Rooms well equipped, with coffee machine, microwave, and kitchen sink. No breakfast here but we popped to Wetherspoons within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
