I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the location was simply perfect. Centrally situated, it provided an ideal starting point for explorations. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making my stay particularly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. I do not understand how this hotel has so good rating on Trip advisor, booking and google. We rented deluxe room in second floor and room smelled like moldy basement. The smell that came out of old ventialtion was also horrible. After checking the room, there was mold in corners of the room. the carpet was dirty and toilet also. we could not stand the smell of the room or ventilation, thats why we opened the window but then it was cold and noisy. After asking the receptionist if we can get another room because of the complaints, he replies sarcasticly:"It is a pleassure to have costumers like you, I enjoy it. You get the room that you booked, and if you dont like it, call booking and cancle it." That is exactly what we did the same day. The other hotel was perfect and for same price. The worst experiance until now.

This one deserves more than two stars. Friendly owner, very comfy beds, clean and spacious bathrooms. High ceilings. Small but nice breakfast option. Private parking ground on site which can save you a lot of bucks and time searching and paying for a parking spot in the city. Only downside: wifi/internet was not working in the 3rd floor where my room was located

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a decent experience. The location is unbeatable as it's only a 5-10 minute walk to all the touristy locations. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the room I stayed in was disappointing. It was considerably small, and I found it hard to move around comfortably especially with our luggage. What's more, the room lacked a chair to sit in. This was a significant inconvenience as I had to sit on the bed the whole time I was in the room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great location and friendly service. Based on my experience, I would recommend the hotel but not the Deluxe Twin/Double Rooms.

Wonderful hotel, we booked last minute because or other hotel had double booked and we were delighted with the hotel. 20 minute walk from the centre of Porto the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and the Aircon was perfect. The hotel is set in an old building full of character and very quiet on a night time. The hotel manager was fun and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
