        We decided to visit this fine place, whilst in Almaty. We went for quiet drinks. Upon being greeted by the staff, they offered numerous seating options. Once settled our table was cleared but was already clean but there you go, attention to detail. All the ordering, snacks and ambiance is perfect. The staff who served us were amazing and clearly the best. Nothing was too much trouble. We were never rushed and always checked in on us as and when. We settled the bill, took some photos and off we went. 5* luxury as you’d imagine with the high level of service even though we didn’t stay as hotel guests.

        First i would like to thank all the employees for their hospitality specially at the front desk (Anastasia) and also the employees at the sky lounge unfortunately i can’t remember their names. The room is super clean Check in and check out was very fast Food is tasty View is amazing Hotel is steps away from a luxurious mall Overall it was a lovely stay in Ritz Carlton Almaty Only one comment : all the Channels in TV are in Russian Language no single option for international travellers in english or any other language.

        Overall very good services completely ruined by some horrible experience. At 10pm, already in a bed, I received a phone call from the hotel Guest Service telling me to immediately evacuate to the ground floor due to a bomb-related situation. Ok, got dressed and promptly came down from Floor 22 using a fire evacuation stairs. To my huge surprise, Concierge downstairs knew nothing about the situation, confirmed everything is fine and referred me back to Floor 30 to talk to Reception. At Reception Duty Manager also assured me no alarms, etc. If that was a joke b y a member of staff, that was a horrible one! If that was a training procedure, poorly planned and horribly executed. If that was done intentionally, that now puts my life at risk, as next time something really happens, I will wonder, if I should follow an evacuation procedure at this 30-store hotel or just ignore it as another failure of Ritz-Carlton. I am travelling a lot, and so far the Top most ridiculous case was a phone call at 3am at a hotel in Cairo, to check if I asked for a 6am wake-up call or a 7am one. I never expected anyone to beat it. Apparently, Ritz-Carlton Almaty did it!!! As I was THE ONLY chosen guest to train the hotel's evacuation procedures!!!

        I go to Spa at Ritz whenever I am in Almaty. Reception is very professional, massage is superb (Ayuk is amazing masseuse). What frustrates is that the steam room is working half the time and i can not use it. Would be amazing if you can fix that next time.

        I stayed here back in Dec 2022 for 8 days. High end hotel but worth it staff are helpfull, only think that bother me is the reception is on 30th floor, from my room in 26th floor I have to go to 30th or 28th floor, then take another lift to go down. Everything else was good have amazing view to the city and mountains.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
