The kind of care they deliver to me, taking notice of small detail and excellent customer service are all the reasons you need to be here. The team is really dedicated and are super friendly also. The rooms however might be a little older side but its very well maintained. Definitely will come back here again if i get the chance to. My only gripe (and of no fault of the hotel's) is the traffic here is especially bad during morning and evening peak period. Do avoid travelling in/out by a car during this time.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff that really go above and beyond for guests. Velma at the front desk was a delight. Kevin and Russell in the lounge were always fun to chat with and did their utmost to take care of me. Their service was exceptional. Hannah also really went out of her way to ensure I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The spa staff were all wonderful as well and provided excellent service. I can't wait to return for another visit.

Excellent, I'm travelling quiet often and stayed in many hotels. Not the type of easy to get impressed of the hotels. Frankly speaking a bit under estimate at the beginning as we are expected to stay in the other one location but even in my tight schedule in that 3 nights stay and not able to explore the hotel outdoor activities but it was very enjoyable. For sure will be back to explore more. Highly appreciate for the complimentary juice for my lil girl when we order lunch from room service. Hope to see you again soon

It is a very terrible stay at a hotel that claim to be a 5 stars. We stayed using a voucher that we bought from someone with high price so we have high expectation. But what we got was the worst service ever! During check-in I saw that guests who were checking in on my right and left were given a welcome drink but I didn't, I thought maybe they booked for a suite room so they got extra service. I asked for a room with two beds but reception said very impolite that it was an additional charge. I was very surprised by the way the reception treated me as a guest. We arrived at 11am before check-in time and we understand if the room has not ready yet. The reception told us that our room would be on priority list. So we came back at 14.30, guess what?! Our room has not ready yet and the best thing is the reception told us we are on number 4 in waiting list. Oh well, what kind of priority that supposed to be mean. We have to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby then at exact 15.00 the reception gave me the key. We went to the room, the kids are excited although they are tired of waiting. Entered the room expecting there is a welcome card, fruits or other amenity, nothing to be found. Walked around the room to see the condition and we received a surprise to find long hair in the bath-tub (I guess this is my welcome amenity from a Ritz-Carlton hotel). I ran out of energy to take photos and report it so I cleaned the hair myself. In the afternoon when we visited the children's pool, the swimming pool was very awful and unsafe for children. Very dirty with lots of leaves in the pool and mossy walls. Maybe because this hotel is more for business guests, so the facilities for children are ignored. Thank you for the very disappointing experience given to us.

Very good service. Room was old but spacious. Located next to small community mall, easy to walk around and have good food. I booked room with club lounge, with meeting room, breakfast, lunch and dinner, food and drink was nice

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
