Rooms were very luxurious although the furniture is a bit dated. The bathroom was very large and spacious, with a bath as well. They also had evening service, which I thought was a nice touch for the hotel. The hotel pool was great, although not a lot of sunlight reaches the pool, even on a sunny day (which might be a plus for some). The service was moderate, did not feel that it was better than other 5-star hotels. The breakfast buffet, however, was top notch. The hotel is a bit far but still walkable to Pavilion.

I love the suits. It was really big 2 bedrooms 1 saloon , dining area and kitchen. But i wish this room has got washing machine. If i would come again i would stay a residence it has a washing machine

Ok this hotel was amazing ! Let me break it down! The Rooms We had the club level which was fantastic, the service we got was professional but yet genuine. The Manager of the club was very good to us a big shout out to Vadivelu ! The Food great selection and a healthy variety. I have been on a health kick to I was very happy to see the quality of the food. The Pool, Spa, gym. Great facilities very clean and always fresh towels and clean lemon chilled water Access to the heart of KL was easy and the reception and staff on arrival were all so friendly. I will have no hesitation to stay at such a wonderful hotel. Great experience we all had!!

Beautiful hotel. Worth the extra money to stay in a Club Room. Do yourself a favour though and have breakfast in their exceptional restaurant - Cobolt Room, where the breakfast is 5 star. Rooms are lovely and 24 butler available. Staff in the lounge are friendly and courteous and do their best to remember all the things you like and have each day. Dennis, Siddiq and lovely ladies deserve a mention, as well as Arshad in the Cobolt Room who greeted us each day. Some improvement and recommendations - lunch and high tea could be changed slightly each day so you're not eating the same things day after day. Although lovely, change is really needed. Overall a fabulous hotel which makes your stay memorable.

I had another repeat amazing experience at RC KL Club Residence. Natalie and her team were very prompt in their service. I will like to specially mentioned Md Monayem, his smile and service attitude from check in to all the F&B service at the club floor restaurant is 101%. Han Ni is also very prompt in her services. Location : Excellent as it's within walking distance to the shopping belts. Rooms: Comfortable bed and pillows, clean and spacious

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
