        Having just returned from a wonderful week at Ritz Carlton Langkawi I can definitely say this resort has surpassed any similar I’ve stayed at before. The staff are fantastic and exceeded expectations in everything. As a solo female traveller they made me feel right at home. My villa with pool was incredible. The high standards of food and beverage never disappointed. I simply cannot wait to return very soon. I have discovered paradise here!

My experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service provided was top-notch, with a staff that exuded warmth and friendliness. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also incredibly spacious, providing a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail by the staff was remarkable, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Moreover, the culinary experience at the hotel surpassed expectations. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, reflecting the high standards of this establishment. Every meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds.         Spent 4 nights in Ritz Carlton Langkawi. This was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. Location is the best, closer to the Oriental village. Room was so clean and well designed.         Amazing experience. We stayed in the beach villa which was beautifully designed, very private and had everything we needed. We had breakfast in our room which was great and all of the cocktails were also made well. The hotel has amazing private beaches and we also enjoyed the main infinity pool. The staff were very friendly and generally quite accommodating. The Malaysian food in the main restaurant unfortunately was not up to the quality I would expect from Ritz Carlton. We also ate at the Chinese restaurant where the food was tasty but service was extremely slow that day as a VIP guest was attending (we were told it was the hotel owners) so other customers were deprioritised. Overall a great experience!

        The Ritz Carlton Langkawi is the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in. In short, the room is amazing, great views and very thoughtful design. The service is above and beyond, the staffs made the experience so missable. Food is excellent, the restaurant is professional, excellent food and service. 10/10 recommend, you cannot go wrong here. Room We received a free upgrade to the Suite because we book through AMEX, the upgraded room has very modern design, with a lot of natural materials like marble, wood and crystals. The layout is spacious, with many doors and dividers somewhat hidden for you to explore. There were fresh fruits with snacks awaiting us which was a nice touch. The balcony is large looking out at sea, with occasional birds and monkeys visiting, they are quite afraid of humans so they don’t pose any threat. The bathroom is very large and luxurious. A lot of good little details like the retro radio speaker, bath salts and amenities. The service is exceptional. Every single staff we encountered blessed us with big smiles and hospitality that’s above and beyond. They were no doubt passionate and extremely friendly. They were also very personal, having small conversations along the way, giving recommendations as well as answer questions. This level of service and hospitality is beyond any 5 star hotels i’ve stayed in, and the service is one of the key reasons for my future return. The experience is utterly fantastic, thank you to the team at Ritz Carlton Langkawi for offering such a memorable experience, and huge salute to the staffs for going above and beyond for their wonderful service. I am egged to return for my next holiday escape.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
