Amazing hotel. The attention to detail from the ladies and gentlemen is incredible. Truly luxury stay. Phoebe went above and beyond from the first email confirmation booking to leaving. Beautiful and stunning decor throughout the hotel. Fresh flowers everywhere. Breakfast was a very small selection, but great. The rooms and amenities were all perfection. I cannot rate this hotel enough. It is by far the best hotel I've stayed in a long long time, and superior to other marriot hotels I've stayed in.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The staffs really treat you like royalties, making the trip really unforgettable. I would like to especially thank Cindy Ng for providing top of the top customer service which really has made all the difference during our stay. If you're looking for a luxury hotel experience, this is the one.

Had the luxury of staying at a handful of RC locations and this one is definitely one of the best if not the best in terms of room quality and service. Nitpicking, I would say the view could be improved but the area is still newish I assume and some more hotels being built. Having access to its own kids play area (paid) that was indoors was awesome along with own pool and linked outdoor galaxy waterpark was great for the kids. Didn't wander around too much and just staying within the complex had enough food choices and entertainment. Casino is a few steps away for the parents if needed.

I spent 4 days / 3 nights in March 2023 at Ritz-Carlton, Macau. This has been a very impressive experience. I am a traveler and have been to many world-class hotels. Ritz-Carlton, Macau is at the top on my favorite-hotel list. It has all the hardware which make a successful hotel. What makes it stand out, however, is the friendly and professional staff who displays great passion in the work they do. The staff makes me feel warm while staying in the hotel. Giving one example as my illustration of home away from home. I sent in a jacket for pressing. There was a loose button on it I pinned down with a small safety pin. When the jacket was returned, the loose button was properly sewed to my jacket. That was kindness and caring by the staff who did the pressing. I encountered many friendly club lounge staff with whom I enjoyed some great conversations. They are Faye, Melanie, Nicholas, Alan, Penny, Jess, Jose (the chef who made splendid duck pasta), Bryce Carter, and many more. Thank you guys for making a great impression of Ritz-Carlton, Macau. I will certainly visit again.

We spent two days there to have some good times. It was the best decision to stay with ritz-Carlton. There breakfast selection is just amazing please don’t miss that part. And not to mention the room as they have premium suit and it’s just a fairytale comes true with amazing views. The staffs there are absolutely the best I have seen: so friendly, so helpful and will go beyond to give you the best experience. Also Mr Benjamin, Ms Bee and specially Mr Arun has been such an amazing staff to be around who took care of us personally all the time ☺️😊. The best part is when you’ll see lil detail they are creating for you starting from making up the bed to sleep and to escort you every time when you are out there to go out.There modern design and the hospitality made our stay one like a cozy home 🥰🥰🥰🥰 . So in love that we are planning to visit there soon 😍🥰 and please see Mr Arun for anything he is such a great help and made our stay memorable😍😍😍 Regards Mr & Mrs Gazi Nazmin 😍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
