        We were part of a very large group of friends spending a recent holiday weekend at the Ritz-Carlton SF. We loved being near Chinatown and not far from everywhere we wanted to go--Union Square, the Wharf, GG Bridge--but, by far, we were most impressed by the courtesy and friendliness that each and EVERY employee we ran into showed us. From the front door staff to the registration and concierge employees, the food service staff and housekeeping, they all treated us like we were their personal guests. We were a very mixed group, and staying at the Ritz was a huge treat. Your employees made us feel special, and that was as much a part of the treat as the quality of the hotel. And we heard that comment over and over again from several of our fellow guests. Thanks to everyone!

        Loved the vallet. Pulled up to the hotel, greeted by men in top hats 🎩. Check in was a breeze. Big fan of staff at front desk. We spent our time on club level. All staff on club level treated myself and my husband like royalty. Rudy Haryono was very informative, kind, charming and wonderful. I did not get the name of all the staff on the club level, everyone was fabulous. They went out of their way, above and beyond. The club level food tasty, nice presentation. An outstanding club level experience. Housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and eclectic. Great time was had. Already made reservations to go back.

        Stayed here 2 weeks ago. This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton we stay at. They definitely are an amazing hotel chain. Their rooms have lots of space, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Their Christmas decor was beautiful. The room service although pricey is so worth it. Ordered room service every day and it was so delicious every time. They even have a kids menu. Totally recommend to anyone visiting San Francisco.

        It gets four stars because the service was good. Otherwise it is a very unremarkable hotel. I’ve been a number of hotels from this brand and unfortunately this hotel is fairly basic. The frontage is very pretty in the air classical, but the lobby is small and uninspired. I checked in around 4:30 PM and only one person was working. The rooms are very basic for a five-star hotel. Everyone seemed nice when I checked in and checked out. I will consider another Hotel if you want some thing impressive in the city.

        As an SPG Ambassador staying over 100 nights in SPG hotels last year (and several other years), my expectations for quality and service were high during my stay at this hotel on the evening of 1/27/2024. Unfortunately, his particular experience left me greatly disappointed. The hotel's location in the vibrant and trendy area of San Francisco is a definite positive, offering a bustling atmosphere that adds to its charm. The bellman was very nice and greeted me with a smile and was eager to assist. Room service, while sufficient in terms of quality, did come at a high cost. It's worth mentioning that parking your car here will cost $87/night, plus an additional tip if you choose to do so. If you travel a lot and have status, there is a complete lack of acknowledgment of SPG status. I was not asked about the customary welcome points, no notes or the usual fine touches and no room upgrades to suites that are typically associated with Ambassador status. In fact, when I inquired about the possibility of an upgrade, I was surprised to be offered the option to upgrade to a suite, at an extra charge of $460, despite there being plenty of availability. While I am not one to frequently request upgrades or to complain, I was traveling with my family and was seeking a more spacious accommodation for our visit. To my disappointment, not only did the manager decline to come to the front desk to have a conversation, but there was also no explanation offered for the substantial additional charge. All in all, it wasn't a terrible stay but there wasn't anything special about it and for the Ritz Carlton, it should have been better. I won't be returning to this hotel. In San Francisco, there are numerous other hotels that not only offer high levels of hospitality but are also more welcoming to their elite members.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
