        The apartments are nice, but need better maintenance! First day, I was in an apartment on the 3rd floor, instead of higher floor, since the air conditioning at the one I was supposed to stay, was not working properly. The bed in the first apartment was very comfortable. Second day, they moved me to the 12th floor. Bed was not as comfy as the first apartment they gave me, but was tolerable. However, air conditioning in the living room was not working properly for the whole 10 days I was there. Called maintenance teem once, but a few hours later again problem with the air con. There was a way to control the air conditioning (and a few more things) from the digital mirror on the wall, but it never connected to the system very well, so actually was not able to control anything with it. Upon arrival, no one actually explain to you how to function things in the apartment. You find out, as you explore yourself, or have to bother the management with questions... Have to say, the manager answered quickly every question and was quite helpful. Still, I think a 5 minute explanation of how everything works in the apartment, would have been very helpful. I did not even know where to throw the garbage, until the cleaning lady showed me after 6 days. There is a big camera inside your apartment, which you can't hide from. I have found it very intrusive. Seems like it is in all apartments. No privacy, the owner of the place can see you all the time! Very strange. Was written on my booking that there is a safe in the rooms. No safe, they brought me a safe that anyone can carry, not connected to anything, and anyway it did NOT work!!!

        Great pool on the roof with awesome views on a clear day. Confusing for drivers as the building has 3 names. Our beds were hard, descent size balcony Internet didn't work either. Good location in district 1

        The best place we stayed at in Vietnam, pool is big and amazing and the views at night are even better. The room had a washing machine which was handy and bed was big and comfy. The only drama we had was the ‘included’ taxi ride from the airport turned out costing 60AUD when we were told it was free so I recommend screenshoting proof that the taxi is free.

        Excellent, apartment-style rooms, closets, can accommodate many people, the whole family can come. There are many bedrooms, a living room, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
