Services are not good & there rooms are too much dirty with lots of bugs & now my skin have spots of some different type of allergy after stay at Robertson white forest me & my child sick & have skin allergy . MR MUHAMMAD IDREES Travel date 04 Jan to 6 Jan 2024 stay with family

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!! I booked for 4 nights in this hotel for my family. Host provided an additional futon bed that was very filthy. How I wished I can post photos here for others to see. The ceiling in the washroom is dripping. The washroom was disgusting. I ended up check my family out after a night of stay. I demanded for a partial refund, but the host is money-grabbing and very inconsiderate. Check-in was very inconvenient and a lot of hassle. If you want to enjoy your vacation in Kuala Lumpur, AVOID this hotel.

Each unit seems to be sub-let. Ours was part of a lock box collection of 8 or so. Kitchen was under equipped (no toaster, no salt and pepper, no drinking tumblers etc). Laundry door was shrink wrapped and had masking tape on its edges for some reason. The bed sheets needed to be changed as we arrived late and they had a very strong smell of body lotion. The couch was broken and heavily stained. The rug was a hello kitty rug that had been turned over because it was so dirty that the grey underside was a better aesthetic. Beds were ultra firm (reminiscent of a floor). Having said all this, the rest of the facility was ok. The top floor pool had a great view and was deserted ( i don't think they have strata for maintenance or, if they do, it's quite lacking as many tiles etc in the pool were broken, the pool light was completely dislodged and the "spa jets" had no discernible turn on point, hence, no idea if they actually worked. The stainless steel railing cap was also dislodged. The front has security which is good. The location is good and for the price it isn't horrible. The Indian food on the same road is nice. To the landlords credit they did address faults quickly. Yet, I think they do need to pay attention to some more fine details and necessities..

Location is the only good thing about this hotel, otherwise I would not recommend it. Furniture is quite old and worn out, mattress is quite hard and there’s barely any customer service. This is more like an Airbnb btw and not so much a hotel. Wouldn’t recommend

Convoluted check-in process but apart from that, a good stay. You'll also need to place a deposit of 300 Ringgit, for which you need to pay in cash, which seems a bit dodgy as you will be giving it to some person who doesn't give you a receipt for it. However, the money is promptly returned at the conclusion of your stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
