This unique and small (26 rooms) boutique waterfront hotel is an absolute gem. The architect and designer did an amazing job both in layout but also the small details that set this property as special. The rooms (we had a Zen Garden Suite) are exactly as shown in their photos, same for the pool area and common grounds. The ocean tides (January 2024) were high so no sand beach was available at that time but swimming access to the ocean is on the property. The pool is clean and beautiful. If you want a sand beach, there is one about 2.5 km towards the large rock. We booked 3 days and stayed 5. The staff are excellent and friendly. This has been the best hotel on our trip yet. Would not hesitate to return again.

We were very happy with our stay at the rock! The room was nice/clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s in a nice location, on a nice stretch of beach. We really liked the staff too. The real rockstar of our stay was Dada. He went above and beyond to help us out and is an incredibly nice guy!

Spacious rooms, excellent service! Very well Priced. We got the suite and the jacuzzi pool.. was great to have private pool especially since it was covered from the sun. Highly recommend the stay. Great location and good connectivity. The staff is super useful and can help arrange all your transport and activity needs!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
