        We hired room 512... good location but .... the flat is in desperate need of an update. The shower is leaking onto the floor. The tiles in the bathroom is sticky and the dirt is gathering on the grouting. The whole flat was not cleaned thoroughly enough. Dust and crumbs could be found almost everywhere. The furniture is tired and sad.

        Excellent location and wonderful views of table mountain from the penthouse suite we were staying in, but unfortunately we were not happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. The floors were extremely dirty. The kitchen was not well-equipped at all.

        When I arrived I found my room dirty, reported it and still not cleaned properly , bath tub having strip of dirt , other visitors clothes In my room , I was in room 313. Worst experience with regard to cleanliness. I requested cleaning on day four that was Saturday and the reception who was always arrogant told me they don't clean rooms daily only on the last day. Worst experience with regard to service but the place is very nice.

        We hired room 512... good location but .... the flat is in desperate need of an update. The shower is leaking onto the floor.         This is not luxury accommodation, the location is great for the Argus cycle race, but that is all. I have stayed here many times over the years and since it is no longer a hotel, the units are now budget......at luxury prices. I could go on and on, my only recommendation to other travellers is, please do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
