Received a very warm welcome from the team, it was extremely easy to access the room with a personal code, and overall a great location close to the station. The rooms are small but perfect size for 1/2 nights away, and the snacks and minibar are a lovely complimentary touch. A bit noisy as my room was on the ground floor, but to be expected for the location. Would stay again.

Stayed for a fleeting vist as had to stop over in Central London due to train strikes and engineering works ongoing. Host was an absolute delight room with living space and large wet room fantastic plus some outside space. Plus a few little treats in the mini fridge was lovely.

Stayed overnight in one of the Crash Pad rooms. Service was faultless - booking was easy, I received a reminder email a few days ahead of my booking to ensure my information was complete, received my room code, then had a phone call from one of the hotel managers on the morning of my booking to check all was well, that I knew where I was going, had the room code etc. Really impressed by the communication. Room was as advertised - small/cosy, but with a lot of character and perfect for an overnight stay. Arrival gift was provided, and in-room fridge was well stocked with a variety of drinks/snacks, and amenities (toothbrush etc) provided. Location was perfect for St Pancras or Kings Cross stations (two minute walk away). Would definitely recommend to any solo travellers or those willing to share cosy quarters for a short period!

such a lovely stay. was my boyfriends birthday and they had left a card and some chocolate and biscuits, nice gesture. staff were very friendly and welcoming. room was very clean. only point I can think of is need bigger towels in the rooms, other then that, I would definitely stay again!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
