        I was there on a business trip. This hotel was few minutes from my office, that was a reason why I decided to try this hotel instead of the others I've already used before. Sadly I used booking and didn't check ratings on Google. In the bathroom there are no doors in the shower, so everytime there is water literally everywhere. I a sink is only hot water, so basically you can choose if you want to burn yourself by a large or small stream. And now the biggest issue - the heating is not working. Notified the people on Reception about this problem literally like five times. Always the same reaction. Surprised that it is not yet repaired and promise, they will fix it. After five nights there I was leaving cold room. Not functional heating system in the January. Terrible experience.

        My experience here wasn't the best. When I arrived at midnight the receptionist told me he can't see my booking even though I had the confirmation email. After some discussion we agreed that I take the only free room they have, the "luxury" room. The Room was very spacious and I'm sure it would usually be great but in my case the floor heater was on full blast and it wasn't possible to turn it off. On the next day it was a huge struggle to get a receipt from them as well. Maybe I was just extremely unlucky but I had a bad experience overall.

        Terrible service. First, our room was taken by someone else. Once we got it back they couldn't clean and give us new towels until the next day. Then the room was not cleaned properly when you checked under the sofa and the bed. There were only plates and cutlery for 2 people even though we had booked for 4. The air conditioning did not work even though it was supposed to be there. We received no compensation when we complained, but were threatened that they would call the police. Do not visit the place.

        The rooms were very nice, large and clean and modern. I was disappointed because there was not air conditioning and when I asked to be transferred to another room, they said none of the air conditioning was working in any of the rooms. It was unseasonably hot in Germany so I was not comfortable. If the air conditioning worked, my stay would have been much better. My friend also requested a baby bed but when we got to the hotel, they did not have one to give to us. If my friend did not have an extra one in the car, this would have presented an even bigger problem. I feel the details of this hotel has caused me to give this hotel an unfavorable review. There was limited parking. I would not stay here again.

        Stayed recently at the hotel while at the bookfair. It was a cold evening. Checked in to the room and it also very cold. Set the temperature to 20 degrees and went out for dinner. Came back to find the room still very cold. Went down to speak to the front desk Manager and was told that the weather had unexpectedly become cold that evening and that the heating unfortunately could not be turned on that night. Was assured that it would be fixed the following morning. And that there was an extra blanket in the cupboard to compensate. Having suffered from extreme joint pains the night was spent with thermals under pyjamas, winter socks and winter hat. The next day afternoon after returning after the day spent at the fair, found the room to be still cold and so decided to checked out. At the reception, requested the front office Manager to confirm in writing that the heating did not work the previous night so that we could request a cancellation/refund. Was told by front desk Manager said that he could not do anything. Asked the same repeatedly - need it in writing. Was suggested we write to the hotel management and also contact Booking. Checked out. Subsequently a response from the hotel management two days later stated that the heating always works, it was a mis-communication and that there must have been a mis-understanding. Going back to the hotel a day later, met the same person who said the heating was not working on the night in question. Shared the response received from the hotel management – requested for something in writing - again no intention to set things right but just seemed helpless. Asked the person specifically if the hotel heating was not working the night in question and the response was that the same message was conveyed to all guests that evening contrary to the email from the hotel management,...no sign of wanting ti help. Wrote again to the hotel management detailing every aspect of the experience and ......... “…took a closer look at the situation or investigated it, unfortunately without success. Our rooms are all powered by heating. We can't imagine that it didn't work. Unfortunately, the pictures in the attachment don't show whether the heating worked or not. Mr. XYZ was consulted and asked to be clarified. Mr. XYZ told them that they could take a second blanket out of the closet if they were still cold! Nevertheless, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and wish you a nice week!" (Mr. XYZ is the front office Manager) Deceptive, unethical and unprofessional. Stay away!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
