We had an amazing stay here. Right from our arrival until our departure the staff was amazing. We arrived early with a special needs child desperate to swim and they went out of their way to find us a room so we could check in right away. Food was amazing. So many activities for all. Highly recommend! Also, my daughter bumped her head on the pool and we learned that they have medical on site, which was very convenient!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the rooms are nice but all the nice really ends there. The food is awful, barely edible and not just the buffet…all of the restaurants, with the exception of the Japanese one are not good either. The quality of the ingredients are obviously low…hamburgers reminiscent of soy burgers you ate in school….just gross! The beach is eroded and lots of debris and there is very little real entertainment at the resort. Venturing outside of the resort and not doing the all inclusive food is your best bet. Pool and rooms…awesome…just don’t eat the food.

Outstanding resort on the beach. Very nice recently renovated room. Grounds are phenomenal and meticulously maintained. Food was good and plenty of options. All staff was great and they have a “bird control” unit, so you do t see the usual birds during the day in your plates and tables around the pool. Love it!

All inclusive food is Awful. Lacking flavor; improper texture, just gross. The restaurants you pay more for are better. Liquor is a lower quality. Staff (other than kids club and the restaurants you pay more for) are really not great. They moved us which is in the find print I guess that they can move your room at anytime. This is incredible inconvenient to have to pack and unpack go back to the lobby with a million people and wait to get into the next room- Hopefully you don’t have a kid who needs a nap because you may not have a place between being forced out of your room and your new room being ready- they did this to a ton of people during our stay. They sell timeshares and push them so hard. It is really awful and we will never be back. They include water in rooms and coffee grounds but no creamer of sugar. Staff is really not interested in customer service. (Other than kids club and restaurants you pay more for) They also have strange ideas of where kids should and shouldn’t be- make a choice do you cater to families or drunk adults who hate kids? The rooms are comfortable as far as being spacious- definitely older and the beds are not comfortable. Avoid!

The Royal Haciendas overall is a great place to stay especially if you have a family. Having a large suite with a kitchen is awesome when you have a family coming to vacation. I grew up coming to the Royal Islander and the Haciendas continues the awesome atmosphere that The Royal Resorts have created in Mexico. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If I had to nitpick anything it would be that the food is okay. We have stayed at more expensive places in Cancun and the food has been better there. We travelled to downtown Playa Del Carmen for dinner a few nights so that was nice. And the beach is not as beautiful as Cancun’s beaches. At this time of year, October, we did not have crystal blue water as it was cloudy and brown due to the sand.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
