We stayed here three days. The location is very good to go anywhere in Tokyo, and 5-10min walk to two metro/train stations in the middle of Ginza. Price was really good to value. Hotel is clean and trendy with some cool details. We got in already earlier at 12:00. The staff is friendly and rooms are good size in Japan. Didn’t have breakfast since thought it was a bit expensive but there are two Starbucks two-three blocks away. Would definitely consider coming back again. Big recommendation!

Nice and helpful staff. Good room. Cleaning excellent. I like the lounge and the facilities on level 2. Close to Ginza station which is a good station with three key metro lines linked here, including easy access to a both airports and the bullet train from Tokyo station 1 stop away. Lots of high end shopping here. If it’s your first visit this is a great base. A little more expensive due to the area but perfect for me and my family including my older parents (+70). Highly recommended.

Prime location saves the day. This location is in Ginza, which is safe and convenient to high end shopping, as well as to the subway station/JR. Upon check in, the staff read my room number out loud which was highly disappointing (major safety concern). I can read..please just point to the room. The amenities are set out for you buffet style, so you must pick in front of others in the hotel. I honestly hate that concept. The room was updated, chair has a ton of dust in the crevices, the shower is updated but they didn’t bother to clean the glass. I would not pay this price point to stay here again. And if they are going to fail to clean/dust bathroom and glass I suggest not having dark surfaces that show dust so easily and steering clear of reflective glass surfaces. The hotel IS nice, don’t get me wrong—just need to polish it a bit (especially for this area where there are so many competitors).

A small hotel at the heart of luxury area in Tokyo. The room size is little biger that standard business hotel. The room design in dark theme which may not suitable for anyone who like bright room. They have good selection of welcome drink included alcohol. Our favourite part on this hotel is breakfast! Even they only have set meal of Japanese or western. But the taste are amazing

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
