2023/09 I had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Kyoto with my friends. What made our stay truly exceptional was the rarity of having a room with a CORNER BALCONY. Despite the high price, the panoramic views from the room matched the photos on the website perfectly. The room featured an incredibly spacious King-King Size Bed, easily accommodating 3-4 people. With double sinks in the bathroom and transparent glass in the shower, it created an intimate atmosphere ideal for couples. The electric curtains added a touch of modern technology, and the balcony outside provided a perfect spot for enjoying a beer while admiring the day or night scenery. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any noise from outside. We were inclined to give it a 5-star rating until my friend encountered an issue with the hairdryer. It seemed neglected, with a considerable amount of hair clogging it, affecting its performance. It was quite disappointing to find such a flaw in an otherwise luxurious hotel.🤢🤮 The hotel offers fantastic amenities, including the Iconic Lounge, open until 11 PM. If you check in at 3 PM, you can enjoy cocktails and afternoon tea desserts here. The second floor boasts a Meditation Room and Public Bath. The Meditation Room provides a serene environment with the soothing sound of dripping water and a selection of teas. While the public bath may seem unnecessary with the quality of the in-room bathroom, it's worth a try.

Upmarket and clean hotel. Has a wonderful Japanese hot baths and meditation centre. Also lounge that includes drinks. Rooms are a reasonable size and nicely styled. The Italian restaurant was consistently full of locals although I dined out at the many local choices. Great location across the road from a station. A good experience that I’d revisit.

This hotel is awesome! Spacious and clean room, lovely staff and nice location. They need better photos of the room on the booking sites as it was way better and even bigger in real life! Super happy we had chosen to stay here. Stayed here 4 nights and didn't take any photos.. :(

Met every expectation and exceeded some. We had not the basic room but one up I believe, and it was super spacious, well layed out and beautifully styled. Great shower and comfy bed. Guest lounge was a high light as I didn't realise all rooms could use it complimentary for 90 minutes. With 4 or so nice wines, several quality liqueurs, spirits, beers and mixers, everyone was catered for. The appetisers served were not to our taste but we are bland / picky eaters, other people seemed to enjoy them. There were snacks availible more to our taste I'm the drinks area anyway such as nuts and cheese. Location was perfect for us, 1 minute walk to a subway line that got us to all our connections, 10 minutes to Nishiki market, or another minute to malls and resturaunts. Would definitely stay here again if I re visit Kyoto, it's rare for a hotel to tick so many boxes for me.

Excellent service. Excellent rooms. Excellent location. We forgot our passport & money in safe and Koko or "Yoko" arranged for delivery to us to our hotel in Toyko. I would recommend to anyone coming to Kyoto.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
