This hotel was one of our highlights of our trip to Japan for the price point, we had an amazing size for the room, where the amenities and service was great. Access to Family Mart was convenient as they had a back access to the hotel. The location is one stop from Kyoto station where you can access all the bus locations. I would recommend this hotel for any travellers who have the budget for it. The only small complaint is the system which they use to track laundry machine status. Some people keep their laundry in there well beyond once their run was done. They system also isn’t entirely accurate as we have checked availability when the status was available but then when checking it was in use.

Wonderful enjoy this place greatly having a hot tub in the building help me a lot when I need to recover from my knee injury. Was in Japan for 30 days and stayed at many hotel in different city’s. This one was the best!

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious as well as being fully equipped. The area is wonderful but also good for travelling across to tourist attractions as well as a very quick journey into Kyoto main station.

We booked the Superior Twin Room, it is clean and big(26m) compared to other hotels. My room had a good view of Kyoto Tower. Bed & pillows are comfortable, Hotel is just a 2 min walk from Umekōji-Kyōtonishi Station train station, and it's just 1 stop away from Kyoto station. Surrounding is quiet and beautiful Staffs are friendly and speak English. Allow us to keep our bag at the reception after check-out The public bath is clean and the room's TV will indicate if the public bath is crowded a not. Special key for women to access public bath which is a plus Starbucks & Family Mart is just right outside the hotel Kyoto Aquarium & Kyoto Railway Museum are just opposite to the hotel. And the beautiful Umekoji Park that is just next to it. It is a must to come and take a walk in the morning. I enjoyed my stay here, will come back to this hotel if i come back to Kyoto.

Perfect for family. Rooms are spacious enough. Bed is comfy. Silent. TV is modern you can see if your laundry is done from the remote or if the bath is crowded. All furniture is from good quality. There's a park just next to it with a great kid playground. It's just next to the station. Breakfast is ok too even though they don't have hot chocolate or butter toast

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
