We stayed four nights and it was excellent ! The staff was wonderful and our room was amazing! We had an issue with the jacuzzi spa at midnight and they sent someone right up. The location is great, close to so much. Will definitely be back!

This is a first! Recommended by another world traveler, the Royal Sonesta did not disappoint! Since it’s located in the hub of the city, its location is paramount. Room options like the city view or the river view are worth the extra $$, especially if you decide to sleep in late after getting 25k plus steps touring the city on your first day and/or night. The newly renovated rooms created an inviting yet calming ambiance that you can only love after you enter the room. Beds are firm but not too hard. The bathrooms are modernized with a walk-in shower inclosed by glass doors. The city view pairs your eyes to other buildings that seems to shimmer reflective light when the sun is out. Looking at the buildings at night is even more impressive. Though I normally dine at other establishments, I decided to try the hotel’s in house restaurant for breakfast the first morning….. then the morning…. and then the next. Yes, it was that good. The hotel may be pricey for some travelers as there’s always a nightly destination fee along with a hold if$250 per room. However if you compare it to the Westin or the Langham, you’ll acknowledge it’s actually a great deal.9.8/10

This is one of the best Hotels 🏨 I have stayed in. The location and the view is phenomenal. Loved the stay here and will for sure be returning back. This is my to go place for next visits and the front desk and the service is exceptional. I would like to recognize front desk employee who was friendly and very helpful and it’s Miss Ashley and Dominique. The service lady did an excellent job in everyday housekeeping. ❤️ Thank You for keeping up with the satisfaction levels of customers. Everyone can’t be made Happy.

Instead of a desk of chair in the room, there's a high-top table and a bench, which makes it impossible to comfortably get any work done in the hotel room. Sound-proofing is non-existant, the elevator machinery and everything happening in the hallway reverberated through my room. Made it very difficult to sleep. Truly a terrible choice for a work trip. maybe OK for vacation. Room was relatively clean.

Great location in the heart of Chicago's Loop area. Easy access to the city's River Walk right out front of the hotel. Close to all touristy spots of Millennium Park, Magnificent Mile of Michigan Ave, with easy access to the city's transit authority to get around. It's definitely worth booking a "River View" room for your stay in Chicago.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
