We couldn't have asked for more. We stayed here the night before and the night of our wedding, as did some of our bridal party. The staff went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed - assisting our photographer, hair and makeup team, and videographer to locate the rooms, bringing in the champagne, and even bringing in additional chairs while we got ready. We had a brilliant time, and will definitely be coming back!

WOW! WOW! WOW! Absolutely amazing stay we had at The Royce. One of the most clean and well maintained hotels we have ever seen. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to deal with and catered to all of our requests with such ease and grace. Our two year old was so excited to get back to the hotel just to see Jennifer at the front desk. Miguel, Nick and Jill were also always so kind and beyond helpful throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for an incredible experience! The Isaac’s 😊

We highly recommend The Royce hotel it is in a great location. Nothing is too much trouble, their staff are wonderful, and special mention to Nate and Gerard who made our stay with our family for our sons wedding an absolute joy. Our king Balcony rooms and terrace room were stunning, dining and in room food and drinks were fabulous, valet parking perfect, can't wait to come back to your beautiful boutique hotel again, thank you everyone.

We were lucky to spend our first Wedding Anniversary at The Royce. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel so included, the breakfast in the Terrace is amazing, drinks in the bar, room service… all top tier! A must stay for a special occasion . Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
