The room was spacious, bathroom is modern, bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. The lighting was too dim. The table in the room was too far from the sofa, not comfortable at all, should do something on this. The complimentary of the free mini bar drinks & snacks was good. Buffet breakfast choice was limited and food was average, the seats are too big that we could not sit comfortably upright to enjoy food. Staff service was very good though.

The whole experience was amazing. Got treated like VIP throughout the whole stay. Room is spacious and was given free drinks and condiments too. But one downside is the check in time. As mentioned we can start check in from 3pm onwards. We arrived at 4.15 and was told to wait until 5pm cause our room wasnt ready. We had a toddler with us so its a bit of a nuisance for us to wait that long. Hope they can improve better on this. Other than that, would definitely come again.

Amazing location in the heart of KL, but without the bustle of the city. Loved the beds, amazing towels, and room temperature was great. Service was amazing and I don’t remember having to wait for anything at all. Breakfast buffet is limited in choice but the flavour makes up for it. Loved my entire experience there and would definitely come back again!

We had an exceptional stay at RuMa Hotel, where the warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. From the friendly staff to the cozy ambiance, every detail exuded a welcoming atmosphere. However, the aircon got a bit warm in the middle of the night, which woke us up for both nights. The bed and pillows were also not the most comfortable. Having said that, we would still stay at RuMa Hotel again if we come to KL. Special mention to Yunus, the full-time pool attendant who was so welcoming and smiley even after a long day at work. He showed us around and helped us take pictures too!

We love everything: room is so comfortable, staffs are friendly and professional and location is great. We have travelled a lot and stayed in so many hotels, ruma is definitely our top 3. What makes it outstanding is the amazing staffs and their eyes on details. My husband and I got sick at the first two days of stay. Hotel prepared plain porridge even though it is not on their menu; they noticed I didn’t have a bookmark for my book and put one next to the bed; we extended our stay for three times ( that also tells how great the hotel is) and they helped us to arrange everything at our most convenience. We couldn’t recommend enough this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
