Celebrated my wife’s birthday downtown at the Palmetto. The staff was eager to please and the room was impeccable. We stayed on a Tuesday night in January so E. Bay was quiet and welcoming. We would would 100% return for a stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting Charleston. We live in Charleston and couldn’t say enough about our staycation accommodations. Thank you so much to the staff for an enjoyable evening. ( the grits in the morning were pretty amazing as well)

I had a pretty comfortable stay here! The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities. The bathroom was Luxurious, specifically the shower was great! The bar area is nice and the drinks were great. Lobby was a little shabby but still overall the stay was great! You can’t beat the location

We loved our stay at The Palmetto! It was our first time in Charleston, and the location of this hotel could not have been more perfect. Everything you need is close by, including great bars and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The lobby area was beautiful too!

We loved The Palmetto Hotel. From the moment we entered and I smelled this lovely scented candle (which I bought) and interacted with the young ladies that welcomed us , to our daily delicious drinks at the intimate bar tended by Lindsay, we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to suit our needs. Our room was very comfortable and the bathrobes provided were scrumptious! ( had to buy that too) can’t wait to return😊

My mom and I had a great little getaway at the Palmetto. The hotel is perfectly located to explore all the sites in Charleston and the decor of the hotel is beautiful with a lot of southern charm. Everyone who worked there was helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was an added bonus and the lobby bar is a great place to hang. Would highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
