We’d been recommended a stop at the Burgundy Bar by a friend, but the service was so rude we ended up leaving before getting to order. We stood at the bar for ~10 minutes, never once acknowledged. Bar wasn’t empty but it was definitely not super busy. Three bartenders working. It almost seemed like they got a kick out of ignoring us because I saw smirks. But it was like an Olympic sport of them refusing to make eye contact with me. After ten minutes I watched one bartender acknowledge two new men who had just walked up, skipping over us, and take their drink order. Appalled, we promptly left after that. Clearly we did not fit the profile of a customer they want. We had come from a nice dinner and were dressed nicely. We didn’t do anything but smile and try to catch a bartender’s attention. I see now multiple similar scenarios in other reviews. Really icky feeling experience

Didn’t stay here, but they have the cutest upper porch/roof bar that we ended up at on Duval. Not only was the bar atmosphere great with live music and nicest bar tender ever - but we left something behind and didn’t realize it until we were back home in PA! When I called the hotel to see if they had it and if there was any way to ship it back, the staff was awesome! They found my item immediately and had me linked up with the company they work with to ship item back within moments. We are so happy to have the item on the way back home and grateful to the staff for making it so easy.

Loved our visit to the Saint. My fiancé and I were on a holiday getaway. The pool area is gorgeous, and the staff are exceptionally personable. Shout out to hotel manager Abraham for helping us add an extra night to our stay, quickly and efficiently. The cleanliness and supirior hospitality at the Saint are fantastic. We love it here! We will definitely be staying here again on our next Key West trip!!!!

Cannot beat location. Hotel is very cute, I love the decor. Rooms are small but that was known when booking, plus is to be expected in such a historical building on an island. Guest service was flawless. Gustavo was an amazing valet/bellman. He ensured we were well taken care of our whole trip and remembered our names. Cannot beat this location or the level of guest service.

10/10! I loved everything about this hotel. Yes, the rooms are small, but, you’re in Key West, you don’t spend much time in your room, trust me. The staff is amazing and friendly. The pool area is a blast to meet people and chat. And the location, it’s perfect! My husband and I had an amazing time!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
