I visited the hotel during peak season at the end of 2023. I usually prefer riverside hotels, but Salil Riverside newly opened, so I made a reservation out of curiosity and was more satisfied than I expected, so I am leaving a review. We made a reservation for a Thai traditional clothing experience, and Ms. Manal helped. At first, I spoke to her in English, and I was surprised that her English pronunciation was really good, and I was surprised twice by her good Korean. She took pictures of my wife and I around the hotel and kindly guided us. And the staff at the hotel entrance were very friendly, especially the man who spoke good English and was very helpful. The swimming pool was smaller than expected and the water was colder, so I think it would be good for others to know this.

After being fortunate enough to stay in many Bangkok hotels, this is undoubtedly one of the best and best in some regards. Stunning design is everywhere you turn, service to match, great location and attention to detail for ambience is 1st class. Good value too for what it is.

The hotel was amazing. Breakfast was out of this world for food and outdoor tables next to the river. The hydro spa was incredible with an extra thanks to Nok who made us feel extra special. The beds are huge and comfortable. The gym is modern and not overcrowded. The staff went out of their way to be make our stay fabulous. The area were the hotel is, is safe and neighbours a huge mall within 10 min walk. Definitely stay here again.

I absolutely adore this hotel. Our stay at this beautiful riverside hotel was truly unforgettable. Our room was meticulously designed with a unique charm that left a lasting impression. The staff, from reception to concierge, the Thai and lobster restaurants, and the boatmen. During breakfast, were exceptionally lively and cheerful, despite working early hours. Their positive attitude genuinely enhanced our family trip, and I can't stop praising the four incredible nights we spent there. Thank you for making our time so special.

Simply amazing! Very scenic and a very warm welcoming place. Free shuttle boat available and walking distant to asiatique. Perhaps more option for halal and vegetarian food at breakfast time will be good. Still, definitely a place to recommend, including those with small kids.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
