Truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in in Bangkok, if not ever. The room is stunning, cozy and very clean, and service is 100%. The staff, including Torn, are all attentive and very patient with us. There is also complementary Thai traditional wear session where you can get dressed and take photos around the hotel, which is such a unique touch and fun experience. May and Ping were the kind ladies who helped us get dressed and were so patient in helping us. We loved the entire experience - highly recommended and we will be back!

The Salil is a great property offering some of the very well maintained rooms and high hygiene standards. The breakfast spread was impressive, and one could notice that every corner of this property has unique character. This property has well trained staff willing to help and address all requests. The check-in and check out experience was seamless. The property is close to metro and close to most attractions in the area. What deserves a mention? The rooms have the best bathroom, which offers all comforts.

This hotel was great and excellent value for money. Our room was ready on arrival and decorated for our anniversary. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Breakfast felt a bit basic but it was adequate. Location was very good and near a great rooftop bar. The pool area was nice and a great retreat coming back from busy Bangkok city centre. It’s great it’s open until late but it would be nice if they offered drinks service. Shoutout to the amazing toilet in our room. It was hard to go back to normal toilets after this one!

Our stay at The Salil was so great! Service and staff was excellent. Especially by Manager Off and his team. Complimentary traditional costume makeover was a pleasant touch to our stay that made it different from our usual hotel stays. Ping and May were nice and patient in dressing us up, and were hospitable all the way. Coffee and breakfast was excellent too. Thank you Off, for welcoming us every morning and making us feel so at home.

Good experience with the Salil Hotel. Was there for a holiday with my wife and stayed in this hotel. Hospitality was great and we even had a photo taking session with the traditional Thai costumes. May and Ping helped us with the dressing and was super helpful and patient with selecting the best outfit for my wife.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
