Old style hotel, our room was decent size with tea coffee making and fridge with drinks and snacks. Reception staff were nice and Sophia's Mediterranean restaurant next door was excellent. They also served breakfast. Two minute walk to main bus routes. We'd definitely stay again.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I wouldn't complain if it was cheaper and not rated four stars, but in this case it really wasn't what I expected. The room was tiny with the toilette right next to the bed. My mate had to sleep on the floor, coz the bed was way too small for two mates sleeping in there. The TV didn't work and the problem couldn't be solved by the staff. The shower didn't work properly, as it always stopped after 2 seconds and even the card key didn't work anymore next day. The breakfast was good though and staff was friendly, but the rest needs a lot of improvement.

Booked this hotel back in March 23. Booked 2 double rooms. Paid in full received confirmation. Got train from Brum. Arrived to be told they had cancelled our booking 2 days prior? No email. Sent to old Email. Email stated due to no deposit? On arrival due to min 3 night stay. Nothing adds up. Don't bother booking especially on NYE when they can triple money on rooms. We ended up in a hostel. Disgrace..

We had a lovely stay at the Salisbury Hotel and highly recommend it especially if you are after boutique style accommodation. The customer service was excellent and helpful even though they were training new staff and the room extremely comfortable and well decorated with the added bonus of a lovely view out to a beautiful garden as well. It was an easy thirty minute walk through the Commons into the city and there are plenty of establishments close by to wine and dine at. We will definitely return on our next visit to Edinburgh.

Had a lovely stay at The Salisbury. The staff were friendly and the breakfast although continental was plentiful. The rooms were and did the job however a little TLC was needed. Our curtains were not properly fitted and the roller blind cord was broken making it impossible to open it. Would I stay here again? Yes, it's well situated with loads of restaurants and coffee shops and only a 30min walk down to the town centre.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
