My wife and I just returned from a quick 2 days in Melbourne. We started at the Savoy and we were glad we did. Lovely quaint hotel, more than enough sized rooms, clean facilities and friendly staff. A standout was Gerald on the ground floor bar/restaurant, friendly, helpful and a delight all round. We had dinner on the last night in that restaurant and it was fantastic. We will be back again for sure. Thankyou

Not worth the money, for a 250$ p/night you can easily find so many other hotels in better location, with better room. Rooms are pitch dark, very dated and no amenities or water in the room at all. if you open the blinds people can see you in the room. Also very noisy as soon as the breakfast opens. Seen many better places for under 200 bucks.

This is my first time writing a review on any platform, and it's because I really needed to appreciate their staff for their service. Thank you, Bella and Connor! My girlfriend and I stayed at this place on her last night in Melbourne before leaving to Japan, so we were planning to dress up for fine dining. However, I forgot to bring myself a white shirt for my suit, and was utterly PANICKED. Here is when the nicest staff helped me out and let me borrow their staff shirt for FREE so I could enjoy my last night with my girlfriend. Bella and Connor, I am very thankful for your kindness. I sincerely hope your manager sees this review cause you SAVED ME!!! Not to mention the room was spotless with a great view, with highly convenient access to the Southern Cross station. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is a top tier hotel in Melbourne directly across from the Southern Cross rail and bus station. This provides easy access to getting around Melbourne and surrounding areas in and around Melbourne along with going to other places within Australia. The hotel was very high end and very welcoming. The staff were polite and very helpful with our questions about restaurants and getting around Melbourne. The hotel was very clean and out room was made up every day. The only thing I was not impressed with was the bar\restaurant in the lobby area. We had dinner there as it was pouring rain and windy out and didn't want to go out for dinner. We had a pasta dish and some French fries (Chips). The fries were excellent. Hot and crispy. The pasta was just okay. It didn't wow us. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Melbourne.

We stayed here and enjoyed the comfort of a spacious room with a king size bed. All staff we met were friendly and happy. The room was refreshed daily and had a small office desk for work purposes with internet. The bath shower is narrow, the bathroom itself is a good size. Room service is provided and not bad value.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
