        Rooms are super spacious and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are full of helpful details like labeled cupboards in the kitchen... plus washer and dryer which was a blessing in rainy season. Nice and quiet and most of all Pet Friendly!!! We decided to stay an extra day and will definitely return.

        It's a very pretty and quaint resort but you'll need to get a taxi to go anywhere. One of our frustrations was the poor availability of food at the hotel. We tried several times to order and were disappointed when most of the popular Thai dishes were unavailable. I have been to Thailand a dozen times now but this has never been an issue anywhere before.

        Fab place to stay relaxed staff very very attentive to your requests. Service is fabulous. The private beach on the front is priceless, beautiful, relaxing. Not far from fisherman's village but you prob need a motorbike or taxi for there n back. Motorbikes available to hire hotel got me and friend 2 no problem. Yip positive experience.

        Rooms are super spacious and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are full of helpful details like labeled cupboards in the kitchen... plus washer and dryer which was a blessing in rainy season. Nice and quiet and most of all Pet Friendly!!! We decided to stay an extra day and will definitely return.

        Fab place to stay relaxed staff very very attentive to your requests. Service is fabulous. The private beach on the front is priceless, beautiful, relaxing.         I have been there since the beginning of January, I am writing this review in February because it was still a GOOD memory for us here. this hotel should be 5+ stars! - All staff are so friendly, kind, nice and work by heart - Receptionists are all welcome and suggest a piece of good advice on everything - Always clean I wish I could be back there!

        The villas are great designed, pretty clean and the interior are of good quality BUT there is almost no equipment. In the 3 kitchens (combined) there is one pen, one pot, 2 plates and very few tools for cooking. The grill was not there at all. The private pool has a good size and is clean as well but the whirlpool function is not working (neither in the "whirlpool" bathtubs). The TV's are really old with no smart TV function. A room service is available every day around 1 - 2 pm. The restaurant is a catastrophe! The chef is really nice and cooks good food but the ambiance and service are horrible. They forgot food or deliver it 20-30 min apart from each other. For this price point this is unacceptable!! With the pricing: The resort and the food is really overpriced! For example, a Thai massage starts at a few thousand bat per hour (you get it everywhere else for about 300bat) I see the effort behind this resort, but for this heavy pricepoint there are to many (small) mistakes that are made.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
