The staff and hotel were wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer!! I needed to secure two rooms and was having difficulty using an on line application - I decided to call directly to the hotel and the front desk provided excellent efficient service assuring my reservation. We had one marina view suite and one city view studio. They clearly advised that the marina view room was above restaurants and bars which we had no concern with, noise was no worry and just close your windows/doors or select the city view. The location was excellent!! They also graciously held our bags before check in so that we could adventure about - Thank you for making our last day and night in New Zealand a pleasure!!

We stayed in a Marina view room which had brilliant views and was perfectly located for the restaurants and activities of the Viaduct. Walks around the marina and a sail with Explore Auckland also made our stay memorable. The maritime museum was also worth the visit. The recent Sebel refurbishments were also appreciated.

Overall the room was a little dated but it was clean and very spacious. Good location if wanting to stay close to the Harbour. My biggest complaint was the noise in the room. There was a band playing at one of the bars outside the hotel until about 1am. I could hear it clearly in my room even though all windows and doors were closed. It kept me awake far later than I would have liked. Overall rooms were a bit pricey for what they actually are.

Pros: The staff are great, the room was clean and the location is really good Cons: a city view is looking at a road and a multi level car park (you can clearly see faces it is that close); have to pay for internet (crazy - it’s not 2010): In rereading what we thought we booked and what we got was misleading; some oddities too eg phone not working. Overall not a bad place but in one word - disappointing.

The rooms we stayed in were very outdated. Toilet didn't flush properly. The cabinet were quite old and creaky. They were quite understaff and took a while to deliver amenities. Amenities were not provided, you have to ask for them. I stayed there for my birthday and was truly disappointed because the rooms were nothing like the photos. However the location is very good. Close to bars and pubs and also plenty of restaurants around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
