        Organised a surprise birthday stay for my partner. We were both so impressed with the spaciousness of the room. It was great to relax on the deck and take in the views of ferries coming and going on a beautiful Auckland afternoon. The place was clean and comfortable. The shower was good and great to have a separate bath too. Loved having the later check out of 11am

        I stayed here just before Xmas and had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very helpful particularly Eunice, thank you to Eunice. The room was clean and well-appointed and it had absolutely everything I needed even a dishwasher. Housekeeping was efficient and pleasant. The location is great, I highly recommend a stay at The Sebel Quay West, it is also a lot quieter than the Sebel Viaduct.

        Unfortunately a huge disappointment this was gifted to our family and we were really looking forward to a special night away. The apartment was old and worn but worst of all it was grubby. Black mold in the showers and around windows and ceilings. Ranch sliders didn't lock, the walls were pretty banged up and had even been written on. The dining chairs were stained and the furniture was just as banged up as the walls. Over all the place needs attention, it was probably lovely 20 odd years ago. Reading other reviews I can see the pool hasn't been in action for years, this should be mentioned before hand. As this was a gift i was not aware of the prices but after checking out the current rates I'm totally shocked. I would not recommend.

        Let me be clear the view, location and SOME of the staff are at least worthy of 3 stars so that's where the good ends. I checked in and was greeted but a wonderful young woman who I wish I could remember the name of (I believe she was late 20s early 30s & Indonesian?). When she told me my room was ready I headed up, to find the refrigerator in that room was not working. No big deal, head down stairs and switch rooms. From there a calamity of errors flows where each room is worse than the next, moldy floors, doors that don't lock, appliances that are filthy, on and on and on. Finally I come back down, lucky to find the same woman who greeted me and she goes and finds a manager who assures me they'll have a clean room ready for me asap. Asap winds up being nearly 5pm and this room is meh at best. I had to use dishwashing soap and powder to clean the walls of the balcony they were so gross but at least inside didn't have stained Lamps, moldy floors or chipped tile. Just a broken couch which at that point I didn't even complain about. The pool has been out of service for years but they still advertise it, the sauna was off when I was told it was allowed to be used, and the one time housekeeping showed up they walked in unannounced while I was in the shower. So kudos to that one lady who seemed to genuinely care, but this whole place needs an overhaul. Feels like you're staying in what's mostly an (older) apartment building not a hotel and you can definitely tell given that your view is mostly of newer towers of similar make-up. If you need a lot of space, and are doing a longer stay or with family etc, it's a great amount of space for value, just know you might have to be a bit of a Karen and demand a new room several times to get anything close to what you're paying for.

        I chose the hotel because of the location, which was perfect and because it said it had a pool. However, it seemed to me that the hotel was only half- functioning: the pool was not working, the cafe wasn’t either. They could have stated that the pool was down, which they didn’t.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
