We went here on a Friday night in November for dinner. The bar was crowded and the dining room was closed for a special event. We found a bar table, read the menu, and ordered at the bar. The drinks were poured right away and the food was delivered to the table when ready. There was one minor bit of confusion because I ordered chicken wings (an appetizer) and my wife got fish and chips (an entree) so they were not delivered together. Not a big deal but specify if you want them together! The chicken wings were large and meaty and contained all 3 sections. The order contained 7 wings and the sauce was good. The fish & chips had 2 large portions which was a very large entree. The steak fries were hot, crispy and fluffy inside. I ate half the fries with my chicken wings. My wife really like the fish and would recommend it.

Ordered the Fish n Chips. Despite bar being empty took nearly an hour. Taste was bland. Other meal was a steak. Arrived with no vegetables or salad but included 10 small spuds. Bizzare. Building has no windows open and no air cond. Try that on a summers day. Needs a Gordon Ramsay visit.

Stayed here for 1 night, reception staff was very friendly and let us store luggage before and after our stay. There is no elevator, so our room was up 4 steep flights of stairs. The room was very cozy and unique, had an old-fashioned feel but everything still worked fine. Nearby construction and night life meant it was a bit noisy at times, even on the fourth floor. The 10% discount at the restaurant is ONLY during the hours of your visit, so if you are grabbing food before or after your check out you cannot get the discount. The bar manager at the end of our stay on Friday afternoon was very brief and impersonal and he did not seem to care about us as guests. Overall, excellent location and reasonable price.

Stayed there for a week together with my Partner on short notice, and it was overall a good experience. Nice and tidy rooms with all the necessities needed for a couple days. Depending on how much luggage you bring you’ll find that the rooms can get a bit small 😁. But hey you’re staying in one of the oldest places in town. Note as the Central city is a major Construction zone you’ll be hearing noise during the day. The Hotel service is great and everything is kept clean aswell. There isn’t much parking around and the Hotel Kitchen opens around Lunchtime. Plenty of Cafes in Walking distance. I recommend the Coffix just a few metres down the road from the Hotel for cheap decent coffee. Also St Patrick’s square is right behind it if you’re feeling like watching the world go by. Cheers

Underwhelmed. 30 minutes for a plate of wedges. After we followed them up and the wedges arrived it’s like they’d been sitting under lights for a fair while. Had the hazy IPA - reminded of the beer I brew. Either I am better than I think, or the beer was very average. Have been a couple of times and the service has been less than welcoming. These guys need to up their game.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
