The Shells Resort has been a dream, the breakfasts have been very enjoyable with an assortment of cuisines available. The villa that we had stayed in is perfect for a couples getaway and I would be more than happy to book here again. The facilities are pristine and housekeeping obviously do an extraordinary job. The staff have been the perfect hosts, if you need something, call and they’ll be there within 5 minutes. I injured my foot during the trip, fortunately their buggy service allowed was able to take me all around the resort even if the journey wasn’t a long one. The beach is absolutely amazing, possibly my favourite resort beach as it’s a very intimidate slice of coast, well kept with features perfect for a photoshoot. I would heavily recommend the shells, would love to return in the future.

The swimming pool is large and beautiful, designed in a very special scallop shape. The resort has many interesting promotions and activities, BBQ Seafood and Breakfast are highly appreciated here. Thank you resort for giving me a wonderful vacation. I will recommend it to my friends and see you again next year.

I am very satisfied with the great service here. Large, comfortable rooms, beautiful swimming pool, restaurant food and rich and varied breakfast. A memorable trip abroad. Will come back next time if I have a chance to come to Phu Quoc

I did not stay at the hotel but I went to look at the rooms before booking. The hotel is very secluded with a beautiful driveway through bamboo path. I had a look at the villas which look just like the pictures but it seems like not many people stay there so there was a strong smell in the rooms. We also went to look at the sea view rooms. The hotel looks like it has passed its glory days and seems old. The sea view room was beautiful over looking a huge pool and the beach but again it has this feeling like it’s old. Because of visiting the hotel before booking we decided it was not suited for us.

Amazing hotel very comfy beds and stunning seas views. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Location is just 5 min walk to the street market and a 15 walk into duong dong Or get the free green bus outside johns tours

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
