        Every single aspect about this hotel was amazing. The staff were continuously going out of their way for me. The rooms are spacious, very clean and have an amazing view. The breakfast buffet is 10/10 as well as the patisserie! The location is also perfect with easy access to the metro and taxi's always at reception. Will definitely be back!

        I booked two rooms for my mum's birthday celebration. As I requested, they gave us a high floor and a nice view. The room condition was excellent, and the beds were superb. But their service needs to improve a lot. 1)They charged me for a swimsuit, and I didn't use the swimming pool. 2)Provide different info on which park view bf time frame. So we couldn't eat bf and had to go to room service, and I found out from another staff member that we could. 3)We ordered different dishes, but the wrong condiments were served. So we had to change ourselves. 4)restaurant people are rude and look so tired. We went to Park View and Palsun; the staff was extremely rude, and the duck was horrible. In conclusion, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL CUZ IT IS OVER RATED. AS A KOREAN, I HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THIS HOTEL REPRESENTS KOREA'S HOSPITALITY. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND SHAME AS KOREAN.RESTAURANT STAFF NEED PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AS THEY AREN'T.

        "I attended the Shilla Hotel Art Fair (GIAF) 2024. Artworks adorned both rooms on the 11th and 12th floors of the Shilla Hotel. Though smaller in scale compared to KIAF 2023 at COEX last year, I could delve into detailed explanations about the artworks and even had the chance to hear directly from the artists about their intentions. With a manageable crowd, it was a pleasant experience without much complexity. It was another opportunity to gain insights and broaden my perspective on the art world. Today marks the day I purchased my first piece of artwork—a painting with a clear fragrance that captivated me instantly.         Very bad experience. Staff is impolite (as usual Korean style). Asked the staff about the airport bus arrival time, Staff a told me is 10:10. And staff b told me is 10:20 … anyway the bus is full, and only can carry those luggage with stairs by metro … Room design is bad. Maybe we are not at the suite style, the toilet is right next to the bed with a see through door as separation…. With this price, more nice choices…
