It's ok at best. Depends on what u pay. But to the more decerning of us you'll see everything was and is done cutting corners, the building is already in disarray. No real quality. Poor furniture. Yes nice view and the small pool was designed well. Good location. But to call it luxury is a huge stretch. Majority of rooms have no privacy, tiny balconies with the cheapest chairs and tables that have been picked up from what looks like garage sales. So much more I could describe that make it totally underwhelming, but if ur still reading, shop around. You can most probably do better.

I love this place. It's gorgeous. It's a little bit noisy at times but the management is good. Omar is a good guy. The rooftop is nice and they have improved the food. Overall recommend!

This was the worst place to stay . Our door for one of the bedrooms was broken since we got here and then it got stuck and it took more than three hours to get into the room and the customer service is absolutely horrible. We couldn’t contact the owner and no one was help at all. The water in our bedroom was also cold and our blinds were broken . There is no privacy in the rooms at all. This place is not good at all do not stay here.

Absolutely stunning rooftop pool and bar! The water is lovely and warm with no chlorine smell. The rooms are privately owned so have different furnishings - ours was great. The concierge was very helpful. The one negative was that we didn't love the location. We liked that it is a bit quieter and there are good restaurants nearby but the closest beach is disgusting and it takes about 40 minutes to walk to a nice beach. Just depends what is important to you.

Great place to stay if you don’t want the noise from further south on 5th. At CTM and 1st close enough but removed at the same time. Pool is nice, food is ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
