My main issue with this hotel is the lift , takes a good 30 mins to be able to enter the lift and provided you take the lift to the top floor first then down. I was so surprised why would so many people take the lift up even at the middle floors and I finally understood why when I did the same. The rooms in my opinion is quite run down , not all the lighting switches works , the bed looks cheap and it’s worn , woke up with a backache. It Oh I almost forget , this is the first hotel that I have experienced that they don’t provide bathroom floor mats , after showering have to walk around the whole room with wet feet. In summary , I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

The staff are polite, friendly and accomodative. The hotel offers good attraction like pool (kids & infinity), sky tower overlooking the town, mall connected to the hotel, walking distance to riverside walk. However, the condition of the hotel room and facilities can be improved or should be improved further if the hotel management is serious about keeping this hotel for a long run. The room that i stayed is not clean. Dust on the table/furniture are very visible. Toilet/bathroom has mold all over. Water bidet hose leaks that wet the floor everytime it's used. No concierge to help carry your bags from the lobby. Inconvenient for those with family. All 4 lifts are available not only for guests also are used as service lifts for the hotel staff. This might be the reason why housekeeping is slow. If you ask me if i ever come here again and recommend this hotel to my friend/family, my answer is no for both questions, unless the management improve the above.

The room was clean, however there were broken items that were not replaced. Service was fast. The reception personnel were courteous and helpful. The location is good as it is walking distance from places of visits, food, amenities and there is a shopping mall under the hotel. The infinity pool was a little disappointing as it is facing a run down building. The children pool however is a favourite! There are also indoor theme parks and Oceanarium in the mall as well which is very convenient for parents with younger children. The only setback is the service lift. We had to wait more than 15 mins just to get into the available 4 lifts to get to anywhere! Waiting time is too long and if you stay on the middle floor it's even worse as each opening lift will have full capacity passengers either going up or down. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and experience.

By far top 3 the worst hotel that i have ever visit. Everything about this hotel are slow. Check in took 1 hour, waiting for elevator plus another hour. 2 hours wasted just to get to your room! Imagine 2 hours can go visit nice places, but ended up wasted because of the hotel bad services. System down but no Business Continuity Plan? Customers were forced to stand on line without any proper solution while staff playing with phone?!! Elevator were cramped! Much worst than lower cost apartment. Total of 43 floors but covered with only 3-4 working elevators? I’m no Einstein but surely everyone can do the math. If you drive, DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR AT LEVEL 7!!!! You will only have access to 1 elevator and YOU WILL NEVER GOT THE CHANCE to take it. Sometimes if you are unlucky, your toilet got clogged and water won’t drain. This hotel, they give you bidet spray but not holes. So you will need to figure out how to drain water if you use the them. Towels. You will get 2. No small towel for your head, or to dry your wet feet. How convenient. For foreigners, apologize. This hotel not represents Malacca’s great hospitality & services. Please take careful cosideration before you book this hotel. There are plenty great hotels around with great values. You will be thankful for that.

By the time we check in, the entire hotel floor were in the mess..there were trash on the corridor welcoming us. Under the bed occupied by dust. A lot. The bathroom not even clean enough. The pool equipment,most of them were not function, totally different when i was there oct 2022... The pool tiles got cracked tiles everywhere...very dangerous for kids. The pool insides, the water was green and we can't even see the floor... Really hope management can fix the whole thing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
