        The location is great for one night waiting for ferry or flight. The room could need a deep clean. 10 meters to the beach and they have some sunbeds.

        Staff was amazing and the room was good size but the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner struggled to cool off the room. Room was noisy from the street traffic as it’s on the main road. Only stayed 1 night.

        Booked a room through their own website listed on Google maps, paid a deposit and was confirmed a booking. This was over the new year period so everything was getting booked up so was happy to have this place booked. A week before new years, a long time after booking was confirmed, I received an email saying the booking was cancelled. With no explanation, called the hotel and he said the system they use on their website hadn't told him about the booking for a week and now there's no room. I contacted the company that deals with the bookings and they either couldn't help or wouldn't email me back. I asked the hotel for help with this as it's a Thai company and they speak very broken English and he genuinely refused to contact them on his side to help me out. Now I am unsure if or when I will get my money back and obviously had my new year booking cancelled late so have had to pay more for a different hotel. I understand a lot of the problem was by the company they work with to manage their bookings on their website. But the hotels refusal to help me at all was quite poor service and if this is something that happens often I'm sure a lot of people are getting important bookings cancelled long after they have been confirmed which is very poor and as the hotel I would consider changing their booking system and that companys poor communication if it allows for this as I'm now in a pretty bad position.

        I stayed the night before going to Koh Phangan. 【Room】 The room was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. All basic facilities were available. I stayed in room 106 facing the sea, and it had a wonderful unobstructed view. It was quiet and comfortable. [Staff/Service] There is no unnecessary interference, and it does not mean that guests are ignored. It was a pleasant service. thank you.

        The Shore is a very great hotel and as the name suggests its very close to the beach. Basically its located right to the beach and the rooms feel very cozy. Very good hotel.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
